my guiding principles

~Sexuality has many facets. From the purely biological impulse --to the formative imprint --to the spiritual connection. They are all valid and all must have expression.

~The spiritual/mindful side has been mostly unvalued and remains under-developed in our culture. It is this that I find most enlivening & exciting and what I stand for, champion and engage in.

~Sacred sexuality is not rocket science, nor is it an intellectual pursuit. It is a titillating science and art of conscious embodiment. A cultured, refined, experiential perception of sex-sensuality. It is a language of the heart.
